Habitat Alborán-Poniente is situated right between the center of the tourist town of Torremolinos in Malaga and Playa Golf Guadalmar course in La Cizaña. It is a developing residential area comprised of villas, in the heart of the Costa del Sol.

The area is very well connected with several buses circulate around the complex and a train station, a few steps away, that connects Torremolinos with Malaga and its airport. This is only a six minutes’ drive down AP-7. The center of Malaga and its port are also within walking distance.

Habitat Alborán-Poniente is located on a street that leads directly to Los Álamos beach and Torremolinos seaside promenade. With a nice 40-minute walk you can access all the services that a city has to offer. If travelling by car, it will be a matter of only 10 minutes. Restaurants, cafes and a supermarket can also be found around the complex.
