CAN ALT, Puig d'en Valls
Rustic property located in Puig d'en Valls area, next to the old road of Sant Mateu, with a surface area of 69,000 m2.
The characteristics of the farm and its surroundings make it suitable for all types of activities related to rural tourism, such as agrotourism or rural hotel.
The tranquility of a rustic landscape of low density of population and perfectly preserved, are united to the proximity to the city of Ibiza (located to little more than 4 km) and the easy access from the main roads of the island.
As for the main construction, it is a house built for more than 200 years. It has 388.46 m2 built, distributed in ground floor and first floor, and is perfectly restored, paying particular attention to the original architecture. It presents the typical layout of traditional Ibizan houses, with high thick stone walls plastered and bleached. The ceilings preserve the original wooden beams.
Another construction, annex of the main house, is located 100 m from this, equipped with all modern comforts, modern style Ibiza, with outdoor porch and barbecue. It has 84.86 m2 built. This building is linked to the old Ferris wheel of the farm, which retains the swimming pool or "safareig" irrigation that occupies an area of 139 m2 and has a capacity of 236 m3, adjacent to which there are two small storage rooms, which occupy an area of 9.72 m2 built.
An extensive area of the farm, of 5.817 m2, is occupied by the structure of 6 greenhouses, built in galvanized steel, prepared for any type of crop.
These greenhouses are located at the northeast end of the plot and have their own access road, which makes it possible to harmonize their exploitation with other uses that may arise on the farm.
On the other hand, in the southern area of the plot, there is a plantation of orange and lemon trees that covers an area of 4,345 m2.
In addition, the beauty of the landscape, the tranquility of the surroundings and the numerous rural roads in the area, away from the traffic density of the main roads, make it ideal for horse riding, with the possibility of numerous routes for riding on horseback with scant traffic. In the farm there are easily adaptable buildings as stables for the accommodation of horses.
