The large back terrace is a more private garden room, partially covered, and is receiving the sun throughout the entire day.

The master bedroom and luxurious bathroom are situated on the same level. The open staircase behind the kitchen gives entrance to the lower level where you can find three bedrooms and bathroom.
The swimming pool is a 15 meter long heated lap pool. It has everything you need to enjoy. It’s located in front of the house were you have the afternoon sun and it is surrounded with tropical plants. There is a nice terrace for sunbathing, a built-in bench made of local natural stone to sit on and put your clothes while swimming. The entrance to the pool is really comfortable thanks to the built-in stair.
The Guesthouse
If you have friends or family staying over, it is always very practical when they have their own space and privacy. The guesthouse is a separate unit on the first floor of the house. It has everything you could expect in a vacation house. Big living room, kitchen and dining space with lots of light and a spacious outdoor room or terrace partially covered and south orientated, two bedrooms and bathrooms and a small storage.
