Apartment in Azara

The San Juan beach in Alicante is one of the most popular beaches on the Costa Blanca. The Azara complex is situated just nearby, on Maestro José Garberí Serrano Avenue. Specifically, this residential project is located only 700 metres away from the sea so you can enjoy the sand, the sun and the Mediterranean after a ten-minute walk.

Azara is located in an area known as PAU 5. In the last few years it has undergone great development so here you can find everything you need for everyday life: schools, supermarkets, health centres, restaurants, gyms, tennis or paddle clubs, golf courses and even more.

It is also a part of the city with good communications. There are bike paths and it takes only 15 minutes to get to the historic centre of Alicante by car. In addition, the area offers bus stops for several bus and tram lines (1 and 3).
