We offer for sale hotel structure on the seafront in the centre of San Remo. This elegant hotel is located in a historic Villa in liberty style of the early 19th century, built for the Prince of Savoy, the Villa is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden with tropical vegetation, beautiful swimming pool, Solarium area.
