Catering, banqueting and production of traditional Italian dishes vacuum Packed and frozen. The company consists of two companies (limited partnerships, S. a.s. – societa in accomandita semplice). Customers. Biggest customer with a turnover of 1.100.000 Euro a year – the municipality of Chieti which has a contract until 2014 for the supply of school Lunches. There are also contracts with several hotels, negotiations with the operator which administers 250 points of public catering. The largest commercial distributor is a company EatArte that sells traditional Italian gastronomy. In addition, together with EatArte, a draft edition of dietary meals, the distribution of which will deal with well-known pharmaceutical firm. 2013 DAMA took 5 new sales agents in Abruzzo and 5 in the Lazio region, supplying products to these regions by road transport companies. Through the chamber of Commerce is negotiating with the canadian company, a major distributor of frozen foods.
Currently, the company produces the following products: 1) Ready meals in ATM (Atmosfera Modificata – hermetic package with an atmosphere of carbon dioxide and nitrogen); 2) Frozen ready meals; 3) sauce in the envelopes from the ATM; 4) sauce in the frozen envelopes; 5) Dishes of pasta in the bag ATM; 6) Dishes of pasta frozen. Performance for food packaging ATM 500/600 packs per hour, for mono-portion packages of 450 units per hour. For frozen meals 800/900 packages per hour, can be increased if you add another freezer.
