The garden is well-maintained, with palm trees, flower bushes. The hotel offers ouside space for yoga practice, sunbeds for relaxing stay, there is enough parking space for about 20 cars. The hotel was built in 1987, the first renovation was in 1991, the next one was in 2005 and after that it has been maintainted in good condition every year. The hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bar and restaurant welcome customers from other hotels and the area. There is no possibility to expand the living square meters, but there is some room to build a small swimming pool. Corfu International Airport and Corfu town are less than 30 minutes' drive away.
